I have been in patient care since 2015 doing various different roles. It is a passion of mine knowing I have helped patients and customers to the best of my ability. From working as a healthcare assistant for a couple of years I gained multiple skills, talking to patients, knowing my knowledge with over the counter medication, the appropriate terminology to use in settings and always following the confidentiality policy. As a pharmacy dispenser I understand contradictions of certain medications, to work quickly at all times to make sure work load is kept to a minimum, stock wastage and how to prevent this. 

As a person I am confident, polite and always put 110% into my work. I help where ever and when ever I can, I always put the patients/customers first and enjoy working both independently and as a team. I am reliable, always willing to work overtime and cover when I can. I bring a bubbly personality, likes to have a smile at all times. 

I have a background in pharmaceutical work, from 2013-2018 I worked at Lloyds Pharmacy. I worked as a front of house Health care assistant, this is where I gained a qualification in counter medicine. After a couple of years of doing this I was given the opportunity to complete my NVQ level 2 in pharmacy dispensing as well as getting a promotion in becoming the supervisor of the branch. I did this for just under 2 years but sadly due to the company going into redundancy the branch closed. I have since worked as a administrator for a Doctor's surgery and learning all about patients conditions, and understanding them. I am currently a doctor's receptionist putting prescriptions through on our system, triaging patients, being front of hours to any patients that come in for an appointment.
