Grace Robertson

I’m a young hospitality professional with over four years of experience in fast-paced service environments, including more than three years dedicated to crafting specialty coffee. I’m passionate about delivering high-quality drinks, perfecting latte art, and creating memorable customer experiences. With strong attention to detail and an energetic approach, I take pride in providing friendly, efficient service while continuously developing my skills as a barista.

I began my career working as a cashier in a busy pizza restaurant, where I developed strong customer service skills and learned to thrive in a fast-paced environment. I then joined Starbucks, where I refined my barista skills, deepened my knowledge of coffee preparation, and gained experience maintaining high brand and service standards. I now supervise an independent coffee shop in Manchester, leading daily operations, supporting team development, and ensuring consistently high-quality specialty coffee and customer service.

I completed high school achieving nine GCSEs, followed by three A Levels in English Literature, Economics, and Biology. I am currently studying for a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Economics at the University of Salford, further developing my analytical, strategic, and leadership skills.
