About Graham McNeill:

I am original from Scarborough North Yorkshire. I have been married to my wife Hannah for 24 yrs and live in Uxbridge

I do not drink or smoke and I do work hard and focus at whatever I am doing despite my hearing impairment.

I have had a cochlear implant for the last 32yrs which help hear and lipread in face to face situations but I can not hear on a telephone.

I am looking  to work for an employer to work 100% remote from home with commuting.

I can be contacted via email or Whatsapp or text message. I have worked in food and menswear retail for the 20yrs. and enjoyed working l with my colleagues as part of a team as well working by my self and using my own initiative. Also had a good working relationship with customers

Also I am punctual and meticulous and take great pride in my work.

I also have a very good standard of oral and written English.

Experience

I have work 20 yrs in Food and  Menswear at Marks and Spencer. My duties would include processing card and cash payments for customers shopping. Process credit card payments for credit card balances. Refund goods.

Vigilant of theft and fraud in the store and report theft and report theft and fraud and alert instore security.

Ask customers for ID as part Challenge 25 on age restricted products such as Alcohol. knifes etc.

Provide printed information for financial products.

Place orders for customers via a app.

Measure customers for suit and shirts as well as casual clothes. Advise customers on alternative purchases. Making sure that the shopfloor displays are clean and presentable

Making sure changing rooms are clean and presentable. Placing incoming/new lines of stock on the shop floor displays.

Clear all cupboards of returns to the shop floor or returned to the warehouse. Dispose of all soiled and damaged stock.

Clean Cash desks and self service till and empty bins in storage units.

Take any any  customers personal items such as credit cards, car keys and mobile phones to Lost Property.

I also welcomed deaf customers and interpreted for them in regards to  enquiries for products and services and similar I have assisted Blind people and people with disabilities when they have visited the store

Education

I studied Business for 3 yrs at Yorkshire Coast College in Scarborough North Yorkshire. From 1994 to 1995 I studied BTEC GNVQ Intermediate in Business and was awarded a diploma with Merit. I continued my Business Studies in 1995 to 1997 Studying BTEC GNVQ Advanced in Business and was awarded a diploma with Merit. Also study GCSE English and was awarded  a certificate Grades B/D and also studied RSA Computer Literacy & Information Technology (CLAIT Stage 1 and was awarded a RSA certificate.
