I'm a highly motivated and open-minded Computer Networking and Cybersecurity student at London Metropolitan University, exceeding a 2:1 standard. With a strong customer service background and a keen interest in cybersecurity, I thrive in collaborative environments and always seek learning opportunities. My professional journey has encompassed diverse experiences. I began in the hospitality sector, honing my customer service skills. Subsequently, I worked in a bank in Spain, leveraging my Bachelor's degree in Public Management and Administration.

Currently, I'm part of a team at a 5-star hotel, where I engage with a varied clientele, including corporate representatives. My fluency in both Spanish and English facilitates effective communication. Additionally, I've ventured into the IT field, completing a 3-month internship and currently working as a data analyst at Telus. While my proficiency in SQL, Python, and Java is at a basic level, I'm committed to continuous learning.

During my academic journey, I explored modules from Cisco over three semesters, gaining insights into the company's operations.

I pursued my Bachelor's degree in Public Management and Administration at UCLM (a Spanish university) from 2012 to 2015. In 2018, I made the decision to relocate to London with the aim of pursuing a Master's degree and enhancing my English proficiency.

Once in London, I followed my passion for technology and embarked on a new educational journey, enrolling in a program focused on Computer Networking and Cybersecurity. My interest in this field had always been a driving force. Additionally, I obtained a CCNA certificate from my university as part of a module and continued to advance my knowledge by completing CCNA 2 and CCNA 3 as modules during my studies.
