Fluent in Welsh and English, I am a writer with a passion for topics surrounding mental wellbeing. I have experience in publishing and journalism, including writing for wellbeing magazines and editing articles for print. I also have a BA Honours in Journalism and Publishing.

Kindred Spirit Magazine – Editorial and Social Media Assistant (October 2021 – Present)

My role at Kindred Spirit magazine includes managing all social media accounts and creating engaging and relevant content for our readers. I am responsible for sourcing and editing blog posts for the magazine’s website. Working alongside the Editor, I additionally spend time editing and checking all articles for the print magazine.

Somer Valley FM – Presenter and Media Trainer (March 2021 – October 2021)

I presented my own weekly show which placed its focus on wellbeing for community radio station in Midsomer Norton, Somer Valley FM. It’s here that I was been able to develop my audio and presenting skills and further my journalistic aspirations. I also spent time training young people with disadvantages on how to use radio technology and editing software. 

Bath Mind – Mental Health Support Worker (October 2020 – August 2021)

Working as a mental health support worker in Bath, my role included providing support to individuals with mental health problems or those are facing difficulties in life to live independently and develop healthy coping mechanisms to better their mental health.
