Undertaking a course to expand my knowledge and skill set to enter as a Business Analysis professional. Studying towards completing the 4 exams and final oral exam to attain the BCS International Diploma in Business Analysis, while also further developing my skills in excel.

• Building rapport with multiple customers concurrently. 
• Developed technical skills using software’s efficiently to generate more sales and boost productivity. 
• Adhered to rules and guidelines as set out by the company and its regulators (FCA).
• Negotiating and maximising payments to meet the companies KPI’s.
• Generated reports on Excel to conduct trend analysis and research of sales.
• Liaising with dealership, lenders, and middle office to ensure sales have been processed accurately within timely manner.

• Collaborating with colleagues to successfully reach monthly team targets month on month. 
• Contribute to the company finances, with a total of £165k in revenue generated.
