Build on existing client relationships, work with clients to learn about their businesses, and drive value-based on self-defined goals. Look into accounts spend/products deployed to look for scope of optimization, efficiency, and ultimately increase revenue for their clients.

Increase sustainable proven value for both client and company. The challenge is to gather
and use the data from every interaction to move client profiles out of reactive mode and
into far more effective proactive stances to improve their infrastructure.

• Discovering existing Azure customers by answering their requirements based on success criteria such as new workloads, support, and optimization regarding their Azure infrastructure as part of the engagement. 

• Organizing a Technical Solution Professional (TSP) to be able to continue to adopt the customer’s cloud framework when necessary. 

• Continuing the engagement with the customer to the expand stage and identify new solutions as part of their future requirements.

• Collaborating with specific customers who consider leaving Azure and try to convince them to stay on Azure by coming up with alternative solutions regarding optimization.

• Driving a consumption revenue from each customer consistently as part of the role.
