Level 5 CIPD certified Human Resources Professional with significant experience in Resource Management, Employment Law and Advisory roles pertaining to the implementation/actioning of HR policies and procedures. A credible leader who uses their proven HR Resource Management knowledge, leadership and management skills to collaborate with Senior Business Leaders, HR Colleagues and Hiring Managers to implement a successful end-to end recruitment experience for managers and candidates alike.   Worked with dedicated client groups encompassing a range of functions and professions, responsible for project-managing and delivering innovative recruitment campaigns which attract and assess candidates to appoint the right person for each role. Currently I am working for the UK Royal Household as a Recruitment Partner, where I lead on recruiting for all roles in Buckingham Palace, Windsor Castle and the Palace of Holyroodhouse. 

• Responsible for recruiting a broad range of roles (individual and volume) across Buckingham Palace and other Royal residences to meet current and future talent demands.
• Broad range of roles recruited from corporate roles in HR, Finance, Digital to Operational roles, including, retail, housekeeping assistants and kitchen staff. 
• Led delivery of own portfolio of recruitment campaigns, including senior level recruitment.
• Led on large scale volume recruitment campaign for Buckingham Palace Summer Opening (approx. 500 temporary roles of different levels) which included creating a project plan, campaign strategy, targeting specific demographics, identifying specific job boards/networks  to advertise on, drafting job adverts, designing selection processes, sourcing candidates, screening applications, interviewing candidates, making appointments and having oversight of the onboarding process to ensure security checks and references were completed in time for opening.  Led working groups to effectively manage relationship between HR and several business areas, to ensure roles and responsibilities were clearly defined and ensure progression of campaign.
• Responsible for leading on more niche roles and developing sourcing strategies “out of the box” e.g. recruiting for traditional Household roles e.g. Axe Keeper – figuring out how to map this across into today’s job market.
