Hannah Banana

I am a hardworking individual, who strives to learn new things everyday. I enjoy completing tasks, and I’m a good communicator. I enjoy shopping and going for walks when outside of work. I like to get on with most people and I enjoy working as a team. I like to pitch ideas to my team members. i like to talk in groups wit’s my team members so that everyone gets the benefit of the outcome and can also pitch there own ideas. 

I recently pitched an idea to my team members about how we could all work together on certain roles of the job. We had the idea that if someone can do someone else’s role in the job as they may be off sick or struggling then someone else could do it for them even if you’re just helping them along so they aren’t running behind on tasks. 

I left school in 2013 so I’m not entirely sure what some of my grades were but, I think I mostly got C and D in some subjects.
