About Hannah Copland:
An ambitious and hard-working individual, who is currently working as an Education Mental Health Practitioner. This role has developed skills in managing individual caseload and delivering the whole school approach through workshops and targeted groups with children and families. Previous work as an Assistant Psychologist enabled effective working in a multidisciplinary team and enhanced communication skills by liaising with a range of different professionals. - Delivering low-intensity interventions based on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) for anxiety and low mood.
- Promoting the whole school approach by delivering psychoeducation workshops and creating targeted groups to promote positive wellbeing.
- Involved navigating multidisciplinary meetings around a child to encourage unity amongst different support systems.
- Co-facilitating group work with parents, such as Incredible Years Parenting Group.
Assistant Psychologist, Stepping Stones Clinic. Southgate. London.

Duties included/skills learned:
- Work directly involved in the ADHD/ASC diagnostic pathway, collaborating specific information required for assessments such as conducting the Autistic Diagnostic Interview-Revised (ADI-R), QB tests, and psychometric questionnaires.
- Fully trained in carrying out ECGs and physical health observations required for medical prescriptions.
- Regularly liaised with school professionals, carrying out child observations during lessons and reporting this back in multidisciplinary team meetings.
- Clinical supervision 1-on-1 with a clinical psychologist.
Teaching English Internship, BME. Hanoi. Vietnam.

Duties included/skills learned:
- Teaching 30+ hours a week to public schools around Hanoi.
- Creating lesson plans from syllabuses for different grades.
- Learning flexibility and being prepared last minute for unscheduled lessons.
- Improvement in public speaking skills; often over 60+ children per class.
- Being able to stay calm in unpredicted and stressful situations.
