My background as a hairdresser has equipped me with exceptional people skills, enabling me to build strong rapport with clients and maintain a professional, empathetic demeanor. Additionally, during my placements at a local primary school and a pharmacy, I developed a deeper understanding of working in community-focused environments, honing my ability to support individuals with varying needs.

In my current role as a receptionist in a takeaway shop, I have successfully navigated challenging situations, demonstrating calmness, problem-solving capabilities, and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service under pressure. This role has further enhanced my time management and flexibility, ensuring I can adapt to fast-paced and unpredictable scenarios.

I take pride in my ability to work collaboratively within teams, and my dedication to punctuality and reliability ensures I am a consistent and trusted team member.
