Experience
Experience
McDonald's crew trainer: October 2020 - June 2022
Earlestown McDonald’s, Newton-Le-Willows, Merseyside
As part of my role, I took orders via a headset often multi-tasking taking payments or preparing drinks. I prepared orders and delivered them to the customer, working quickly but efficiently. Additionally, I often got stock out if I ever found myself without a job to do or began to clean the restaurant. I have also on occasion worked in the kitchen preparing food.As part of my job role I would train new starters ensuring they would have a set of skills that would exceed McDonalds standards.
Cashier: June 2022 – September 2022
The Company Shop, Lancots Lane, St Helens, Merseyside.
During my time at the company shop, I mainly worked on the tills serving the customers by scanning their shopping. Often,I would help stock the shelves if the shop wasn’t busy. I enjoyed working with the public and was identified by several customers as friendly and helpful.
Hooter Girl: November 2022 – September 2023
Hooters, Water Street, Liverpool
In my role as a hooters girl I enjoyed going to work in a fast-paced environment. My job role required me to act as an entertainer, providing an energetic and excitable experience for our clients. During my time at Hooters, I have developed many new skills which can be beneficial to businessesincluding how to upsell food, drink and merchandise items as well as being able to sell any items that otherwise might have gone to waste. I understand the importance of ensuring all our guests are given an excellent, fun, and personalised experience as regular customers and positive reviews/recommendations are integral to this kind of business.
Hostess: September 2023 – May 2023
Neighbourhood, Castle Street, Liverpool
My job role as a hostess required me to arrange bookings over the phone, taking deposits and sorting pre orders. In my time as a hostess, I quickly learnt how to navigate the online booking system whilst also greeting customers and showing them to their tables. Where I could I helped servers turn their tables ensuring any bookings where able to go straight to their seats, and then relaying any information such as allergies, add ons, deposits and any additional information I felt the servers could use to personalise their service, in order to ensure customer satisfaction.
