About Harj Soora:

Experienced IT Professional with a proven track record of over a decade in the industry, delivering
comprehensive 1st, 2nd, and 3rd line support solutions. My journey has encompassed a diverse range
of roles, enabling me to develop an in‐depth understanding of IT services at every level. Beginning as
a hands‐on technician, I quickly progressed to become a team lead and manager of an adept IT
Services team, further honing my leadership and strategic skills. My passion for technology, coupled
with my extensive expertise, empowers me to orchestrate seamless IT solutions that drive efficiency,
enhance user experiences, and bolster overall operational performance. With a strong foundation in
both technical intricacies and team management, I am eager to leverage my collective knowledge to
continue optimizing IT services and contributing to the success of forward‐looking organizations.
 

Driven by my dedication for personal growth and professional evolution, I am excited to embrace
new challenges following eight years of dedicated service to a single organization.

Experience

For the last 8 years I have been building on my skills growing from a IT support engineer into a IT services Manager. Being apart of a start up means in my time have had to wear multiple hats at the same time. My experience includes and it not limited to

I studied Multi-media computing and animation at university. Following this I completed my A+ and later on went to complete a DBA course. I am currently studying to finish off my ITIL 4 Foundations certification as well as my Microsoft 365 fundamentals certification.
