Currently serving as Senior Manager, Data Platforms at Cornerstone OnDemand, I lead a globally distributed team overseeing 300+ SQL Server databases and a wide range of data technologies, including MongoDB, Aurora RDS, PostgreSQL, and DocumentDB.

My career is defined by delivering impactful, scalable, and secure solutions—whether modernizing legacy systems, leading cloud migration strategies to AWS, or building Infrastructure as Code (IaC) with Python, PowerShell, and Jenkins. I’ve successfully integrated newly acquired company infrastructures, streamlined operations using automation and DevOps practices, and enhanced platform resilience while maintaining a strong focus on cost optimization and user experience.

Currently serving as Senior Manager, Data Platform Engineering at Cornerstone OnDemand, I lead a global team managing 500+ SQL Server instances across four data centers and cloud platforms.

I have a proven track record of delivering high-impact solutions by modernizing legacy systems, architecting scalable infrastructure in AWS and VMware Cloud, and implementing Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Python, PowerShell, Jenkins, and Terraform. My strategic leadership enabled the successful migration of critical production databases to AWS, optimized performance, and reduced operational overhead through automation.

Before this, I served as a Senior Consultant at Pro DBA Ltd., where I provided managed services for SQL Server and Oracle databases to over 100 clients across industries like finance, telecom, and pharmaceuticals. I handled database patching, upgrades, land icensing advisory, and led cloud adoption initiatives.

I began my career in India with roles in e-learning and global IT firms like LogicaCMG, gaining early expertise in SQL Server design, technical support, cross-functional team leadership, and post-acquisition systems integration.

With an MBA from Cranfield School of Management and certifications across Azure, AWS, Microsoft SQL Server, and Oracle, my experience blends deep technical knowledge with business acumen, driving innovation, operational efficiency, and scalable technology strategy.
