Hardworking and reliable individual with experience in manual handling, stock control, and timber cutting. Skilled in working with various materials, including MDF and timber, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in preparation and processing. Physically fit and capable of handling heavy loads in fast-paced environments while following safety procedures. Strong team player with good communication skills, able to work independently when required. Adaptable and eager to learn, with a willingness to develop new skills and take on responsibilities in warehouse operations, logistics, general labour, and customer service roles.

I have experience in manual handling, stock control, and timber cutting, having worked in various roles that required physical endurance, attention to detail, and teamwork. My background includes handling and preparing materials, including MDF and timber, loading and unloading goods, and maintaining organised workspaces. I am comfortable working in fast-paced environments where efficiency and adherence to safety procedures are essential. I am adaptable, able to follow instructions accurately, and work both independently and as part of a team. My skills are transferable across warehouse operations, logistics, general labour, and customer service roles, and I am eager to develop further in a role that offers growth opportunities.

I hold a 2:1 degree in Politics and International Relations from Royal Holloway University. My studies developed my critical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills, which are valuable in any professional environment. Additionally, my GCSEs and A-Levels from Cardinal Wiseman Sixth Form College provided a strong foundation in organisation and analytical thinking, which I apply in practical work settings.
