Hayley Thomas

Fully time served in corporate business account management, business Administration and customer services. I currently work in retail and I am looking to return into an administrative role that works around my family and school hours approx 16hrs a week. I have previously managed high level corporate accounts for public sector customers and been an office manager for smaller businesses so have experience within differing sizes of business. I am a dedicated member of staff, very loyal and focused in whatever role I undertake. Capable of managing my own working day but also love working as part of a team. Very punctual and organised and always looking to enhance my own skills and abilities and strive to exceed customer expectations at all times. A great communicator with all people on all different levels as I am friendly and approachable, confident and outgoing. Fully qualified in Administration holding both NVQs levels 2&3 alongside many other in house courses undertaken throughout my working career.
