I am a freelance 2D illustrator/character designer working remotely from the north west UK. I am extremely versatile and can adapt to any style required for any given project. I have a lot of experience in all aspects of illustrative design from pre production animation to graphic design and everything in between. My greatest passion is characters!

Experience

I started my career working at a print and design studio for a number of years, beginning with setting up artwork for print to progressing to actually creating artwork for customers. From there I have worked freelance as designer on an app, involving me creating mascots, social media visuals along with app screens and web designs. I have worked in book illustration along with creating characters rigged ready for animation. I have created illustrations for clients such as Chelsea Football Club and Fisher Price to name a few.

Education

I have a foundation degree in art & design, a first degree in BA (Hons) in Animation and a distinction in MA (Hons) Animation. It was here I realised my passion was in the pre production side of animation, such as creating characters.
