I am currently enrolling at the Open University to start studying a BSC in Psychology. 
I am a diligent individual who also has the upmost respect for others in the workplace. I am taking ownership of my professional development by furthering my studies this year, starting an undergraduate degree in Psychology. My motivation for this is to better my understanding of human behaviour and interaction as well as for personal development.

Role Outline     
My role consisted of using my own initiative to maintain hygiene standards throughout the site. I had to adhere to a time limitation and work precisely, whilst keeping up with the clients needs. I sustained stock inventory via management of the numbers of cleaning products we had, and re-ordering required stock accordingly. 
This role also used my previous knowledge of COSHH and how to handle these substances appropriately.

Role Outline
This Role was like the job description above, the main difference in this role was that the cleaning environment was in a Steel environment at Tata Steel. Therefore, knowledge of health and safety in a dangerous environment was of paramount importance for me and the other employees. This role enabled me to learn about COSHH as well as learning the importance of safety at work.

Role Outline
Whilst the role was a temporary contract, my role was to meet targets, deadlines and ensure the accuracy of customers orders. These orders came at a fast rate due to the time of year. Quality checking was extremely important to prevent errors and customer dissatisfaction.

Role Outline
To ensure that all customer orders were met at a high standard and completed in accordance to cut off dates and dispatch times. Liaising with other teams in the warehouse to ensure order production ran smoothly. In this role I learned how to use a personalised intranet system where employees can talk to each other throughout the warehouse. I also gained experience in multiple areas of the warehouse such as Goods In, Export, Electronics, Repack and I also have experience in machine operating. I learned how to use SAP ERP, using data analysis to monitor stock numbers and ensure sufficient stock control.
