Heena Tauqeer

I'm a 19-year-old psychology student at uni, and I'm super excited about the opportunity to work at Primark. I've always been passionate about understanding people's behavior, and studying psychology has given me valuable skills in communication and problem-solving. I'm a dedicated and hardworking individual, and I believe my experience in customer service and my ability to work towards targets will make me a great fit for Primark. I'm eager to contribute to the team and provide excellent service to customers

I have worked as an Admin Assistant at Bradford and Shipley Lets, where I answered calls, provided excellent customer service, and generated sales leads. I also worked as an Assistant Instructor at Physical Impact Kickboxing, assisting with classes, providing feedback, and ensuring safety. I've gained a range of skills in these roles! 

I've successfully completed my A-levels and I'm currently in my second year of university, studying psychology with counseling. Alongside my studies, I've gained 7 GCSEs, which I'm really proud of. These qualifications have provided me with a strong foundation for my educational journey. I'm excited to continue expanding my knowledge and skills in psychology and counseling.
