Hello! I'm Helai, a recent graduate of Middlesex University with a Bachelor's degree in Business Management. Having just completed my undergraduate studies, I am eagerly gearing up to embark on the next chapter of my academic journey by pursuing an MBA starting this September. With a strong foundation in business principles and a passion for strategic thinking, I am now seeking an internship opportunity to further hone my skills and gain practical experience in the field. I have a strong background in customer service and retail operations, demonstrated through my role as a Customer Team Member. In this position, I meticulously handled POS system transactions, managed customer inquiries and complaints, and ensured seamless cash flow. My dedication to staying informed about the latest sales, offerings, and membership programs allowed me to exceed weekly sales goals consistently.

Additionally, my experience as a Receptionist equipped me with excellent communication and organisational skills. I efficiently managed phone calls, booked client appointments, and processed payments while maintaining a clean and tidy  environment. Dealing with challenging clients and resolving issues further honed my problem-solving abilities and customer service expertise.
