As a volunteer I handled a wide range of enquiries and helped on various topics. My responsibilities included answering phone calls, conducting research on legislation, and offering advice to clients to help them resolve their problems. It helped to have some understanding of relevant laws and regulations to provide accurate and helpful guidance. My role as an advisor helped in providing valuable support and guidance to clients in need. 

Hogan Lovells February 2019 – April 2019: Paralegal

As part of the team, I reviewed and analysed various types of documents.

My role involved ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance with relevant guidelines or standards. I was responsible for organising and storing documents in a secure and accessible manner. This involved using document management systems, cloud storage platforms, or other tools. In certain cases, sensitive or confidential information had to be redacted from documents to protect privacy or comply with legal requirements.
