In 2009, Henry Willis sold the firm to Alexander David Securities PLC, where many clients still trade to this day. As CEO and Founder, Henry Willis developed the business plan from concept form into FSA-regulated trading entity, was responsible for all day-to-day operations, and researched markets daily to provide trading recommendations consistent with client's financial goals.
