Having previously managed several restaurants and with a strong background in both B2B and B2C environments, a role within the hospitality or customer service industry is natural. Originally from Japan, having moved to the UK from Hong Kong in 1996, and spending time teaching Japanese at various levels; it is beneficial to utilise past skills and rekindle a passion for hospitality.
