I am a mother and an all round outdoor, adventure body girl. I love rock climbing and hiking, and I believe yoga is the body’s most potent medicine to stay nimble, aligned and supple. 
 

I teach deeply engaging, connected and inclusive sequencing that honours the body natural alignment, with a goal of softening and strengthening without harm.
