·       Senior Project Manager for a Windows 10, VDI and Office365 deployment of 400+ devices for a major Dublin-based Insurance and Financial Services Company. The Project included the rollout of new replacement devices and decommissioning of legacy equipment and was also completed on time with the added challenge of mitigating risks associated with Covid-19 lockdown

·       Lead IT Project Manager for a major Brexit Contingency Project for Shell Energy, accountable for managing application changes for twenty-plus applications to offer the business a contingency to operate in the event of a “hard” deal Brexit safeguarding $200M of trades.  Coordinated User Acceptance Testing of changes and successful implementation ahead of the original Brexit deadline. Influencing and alignment with C-suite stakeholders, including the business CEO the project was executed on time against immoveable external dependencies and an agreed budget

·       Upgrade of Shell’s global desktop environment to Windows 10 and Office 365 across an estate of 160,000 devices. As Lead Project Manager, led the enterprise build, definition of business requirements and high-level design, assembled a cross-functional team of 12, produced plans and control documentation, ensured bundled business applications were tested, supported and ready, secured Risk Management sign-off and external Penetration Testing and managed pilot and complex interdependencies. Directed roll-out planning and logistics, deployment support. Succeeded in delivering the project on time and on budget with 95% positive feedback

·       Project Manager for the following Shell’s acquisition, delivering seamless consolidation of desktop environments and application portfolios across legacy platforms. Spearheaded the rationalisation of BG's desktop infrastructure to align with Shell’s global standards, minimising disruption while enhancing security and supportability. Collaborated with cross-functional teams to evaluate, consolidate, and migrate applications, ensuring regulatory compliance and operational continuity. Navigated complex stakeholder dynamics and performance KPIs to achieve timely delivery across high-stakes integration workstreams
