I am a final-year university student pursuing a degree in Business Management with Innovation and Technology. My academic journey has equipped me with a strong foundation in business strategies and technological solutions, complemented by practical experience in marketing, customer service, and event management. Passionate about leveraging technology to drive innovation, I thrive in dynamic environments where proactive problem-solving and continuous learning are key. In my free time, I enjoy sports, exploring business trends, and traveling, with experiences in countries such as Pakistan, the UAE, and Italy.

My professional experience includes serving as Head of Marketing at Groke Burger, where I developed successful marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement. I worked as an Event Safety Steward with Showsec and Controlled Solutions Group, ensuring event security and smooth operations. Additionally, I served as a Poll Clerk for Bury Council, maintaining order and adherence to electoral regulations, and as a Customer Service Adviser for TV Licensing with Blue Arrow, where I assisted customers with licensing needs and resolved inquiries.

I am currently completing my degree in Business Management with Innovation and Technology, which has provided me with a robust understanding of both business strategies and technological solutions. Previously, I achieved a Merit in both Information and Technology and Business BTEC Level 3 at Holy Cross College & University Centre.
