The duties in this role were the following:
Testing beta/alpha versions of newly released/ unreleased games, executing individual test cases.
Writing up bug reports and logging them to our dedicated software (XCert) to send back to developers.
Marking test cases as complete on our dedicated software (Microsoft Excel) as we complete them throughout the day.
Review and analyze system specifications.
Collaborate with QA Engineers to develop effective strategies and test plans.
Execute test cases (manual or automated) and analyze results.

The duties included in this role were the following:
Developing features for the main company website by using website generators such as Shopify.
Creating digital artwork for course adverts by using Adobe Photoshop.
Accumulating data  of potential clients’ contact details, such as their phone number and email address. 
Entering the data via CRM (Customer Related Management), ensuring everything was labeled correctly.
Optimize Customer digital journeys.

Incorporate innovative ways to package and sell courses.
Maintain digital marketing and promotional calendar and assist in implementing content.

During the year, we learnt a lot about the history of gaming and esports, game consoles etc. We also learnt 3D Modelling, Texturing, coding through UE4 blueprints, developing a game and presenting it to professors and teachers.
