My name is Imani Stone. I am a Masters student pursuing research in environmental factors of mental health. I have a extensive experience in lab research and literature reviews. I am an avid reader who enjoys writing and travel!

Research Experience: 

Research Intern at University of Montreal Summer 2021 

Undergraduate Research in a cognitive neuroscience lab focusing on social norms and behavioral adaptations 

  • Responsibilities include designing experiments and surveys for data collection ● Statistical analysis of data 
  • Review of previous work to inform the design of the current project 

Undergraduate researcher in a Vesicular Stomatitis Virus (VSV) Lab 8/2020-1/2022  

  • The goal of this research is to determine the best conditions under which VSV propagates and its potential use as an oncolytic agent in future cancer therapies.
