I am a very creative and supportive person in all my careers where for have watched and learned different concepts of working in different situations. I have great customer service skills where I have delivered exceptional results to customers entering the store. when I am not working as a health care assistant, I am most likely working my online business as a customer service advisor to help people save energy on their bills and switch broadband. in my spare time, when I am not working, I am most likely cooking up delectable dishes for my family. I love reading and watching cooking videos to help me enhance my culinary skills which enables independence. 

I am a customer-driven person who enjoys delivering great customer service. I have a background of working as a sales assistant and a customer service advisor in a retail and remote setting. My passion is to translate my transferable skills in your company. Ultimately, my strengths of communication skills enabled me to gained customer satisfaction from customers leaving the store. My time management skills always ensured that my tasks were achieved in a timely manner. working as part of a large team always made me feel happy and delighted as It was important to  consolidate with the team members to gain commercial awareness, confidence and team building skills. Furthermore, I have experience as a team member in a dessert shop where I served over fifty unique desserts featuring ice creams, waffles, crepes, shakes and drinks. This experience was a mesmerising experience where I took customer orders and served them with creativity and flawless execution.Working in the back of house enabled me to gain confidence, team building, listening, and time management skills
