I have been a support worker for a couple of years now working with young people and the elderly. I am very understanding towards the needs of those who suffer from mental health problems and who struggle to live their lives due to their mental health. I am very empathetic and patient. I am very passionate about my job role and what I do. I am in this field to make a difference to peoples lives and to deliver support to a satisfactory level to the best of my ability.
