Experience

April-Present 2022: ANN DAVIDSON BUTCHERS, Strathaven.

As a cook and bake assistant, I make pies and different ready to eat meals. I am expert in making beef lasagna, haggis lasagna, scotch eggs, scotch pies, cottage pies, steak pie, cheese macaroni etc. Food art is my passion and I really enjoy working with food. This place is helping me to explore more about food and to become an excellent cook one day.

January-march 2022: SITEL UK

As a customer service advisor, I upgraded my skills to handle the complaints and difficult situation. I developed the ability to remain calm under pressure and being able to work in a team. Good knowledge of the polices and practice were the essential tools to deal with the difficult customers.

February 2020-2021: Services Hospital, Lahore.

As a clinical Pharmacy Student, I learnt the importance of providing good health care to the patient. I ensured good quality and economical use of medicine in hospital, although dealing with the patients and doctors has improved my communication skills. Clinical role of pharmacist was the main concern during my professional visits to the hospital.

 

September 2019-2021: Home and online tutor

As a tutor, I helped many students to improve their learning skills and guide them to choose right profession for them in near future. I taught international students around the world some subjects like organic chemistry and physics etc.

 

June- July 2019: THQ Hospital, Mian Channu

As a hospital pharmacist, I got good experience of dealing with the patients need of medication. I have learnt how to manage medicine supply and maintain the medication storage in the hospital. Dispensing and store stocking was the main duty in the main pharmacy of the hospital. I also encountered the clinical aspects of the pharmacovigilance as well as the pharmacotherapy in hospital wards.
