About Isabella Monaghan-West:

Hi I’m izzy! I have just completed my degree in Drama at UoM and I am embarking on a new journey into Primary teaching. I‘m a team player, good with communication and fun to be around! I take challenges in my stride and I am great with following instructions while also taking my own initiative. I have a passion for acting and the Arts and i enjoy learning a variety of new skills. 

Experience

I have had a steady job alongside my university degree working at Next as a sales assistant and Kids Brandedwear Specialist. I have shown great leadership, teamwork and communication skills during this role. I have also been on various placements including facilitating a 3-day drama workshop inside a men’s prison during my degree. This intriguing and eye-opening experience taught me so much including granting me the ability to hone my teaching and co-operation skills, while showing empathy towards a neglected group.
