• Establishing CX Department: implementation of an agile roadmap, overseas outsourcing, KYC participation. Achieving average response time < 10 minutes, with 100 h/week direct human response. CX department allows to handle growth bursts from promotions such as Money Saving Expert that increased clients by 25% and AUM by 19%. 

Managing the lifecycle of products from identifying strategic objectives, to launch, to version mapping and scaling:

• In-specie transfer technology for ISA and GIA transfers (Equisoft): in 1st month reaching 78% of transfers/amount, over 10% of monthly new money in flow, and excess of £5mln funds in the 1st 6 months.
• VRP, Savings plans and Open Banking (TrueLayer): replacing 34% of regular top-ups, amounting to 3% of all new money inflow, 97.6% lower cost compared to DirectDebit, increased security, and decreased waiting times in 1st 3 months.
• Internal Suspicious activity and High-risk client monitoring: liaised with the compliance team to design and personally code a data-driven fraud prevention system, essential for meeting auditory KYC, PEP, Sanctions and AML requirements.
• Back-end tool for live quantitative client feedback analysis: instrumental in board-level strategy and roadmap planning.
