About Rob Everidge:

I have several years experience as a construction professional through working as a Building Surveyor at AA Projects Ltd and as a Party Wall Surveyor at EB7 Ltd. In this time I have worked hard and dedicated my time to achieving the AssocRICS professional qualification in Building Surveying.

Experience

Proven experience in Building Surveying through working as a Building Surveyor at AA Projects Ltd I gained experience working on various projects and surveys. The surveys I worked on included several Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM), Asset Capture and Feasibility Studies etc, issuing the final survey data and reports. Subsequently, I worked as a Party Wall Surveyor at EB7 Ltd acting on behalf of both Building Owners and Adjoining Owners in regards to party wall matters by issuing party wall notices and Awards etc. I also carried out various party wall and non-party wall related condition surveys and schedules.

Associate Member of the RICS (AssocRICS)

MSc Building Surveying (Commendation).
