As an Offshore Rig Medic and Paramedic Practitioner, I provide medical care and support to the crew and contractors working on offshore oil and gas platforms. I have completed the necessary training and certification to perform this role, including offshore survival, HSE, PHTLS, and ALS courses. Experienced trainer in ILS/BLS and Mental Health First Aid. I have a strong background in emergency, urgent, and primary care, a fair amount of my time has been spent doing Health checks, innoculations, well person clinics, drug testing and forensic sampling with over 20 years of experience working in the UK NHS. I have also worked in various private and event settings, such as power stations, film sets, speedway, concerts, and show jumping. I am passionate about delivering quality care and ensuring safety in challenging and remote environments. I am looking for opportunities to apply my skills and expertise in the oil and gas industry. I also have high level admin with touch typing and computer literacy.My work safety skills have been honed over 30+ years working in the quarry industry and various Power stations all over the UK.
