• Analysed 2000+ installed charge point units and presented findings to UK Managing Director

• Assembled 50+ page consulting report with four-man team 

• Assessed electric vehicle charge point demand models to optimise network planning for Ubitricity within the UK

Hopkins Architects, Architectural Assistant

• Developed two €50+ million master-plan designs, working directly with Hopkins director and client 

• Delivered designs and documentation totalling 100+ pages in a four-man team for presentation to financial stakeholders and regulatory authorities, presented progress to client weekly 

• Collaborated with 15+ people team, composing planning documents for submission to Westminster City Council, refining the design for a £500+ million mixed-use development in Mayfair, London 

• Prepared a 50+ page competitive pitch document within 5 days in collaboration with Principal and Director

MPN + Partners, Development Management Assistant

• Facilitated the implementation and development of a $20+ Million USD, 70,000 sq m private hospital during its design and construction 

• Coordinated 5+ international engineering firms and design consultants with delivery of construction documents 

• Managed information flows with daily calls to teams in India, Hong Kong and US, with weekly 3+ hr site meetings 

• Award nominated development, including by the World Architecture Festival - Health Category 2022
