With over 20 years of experience in different types of organisations and industries I have a broad knowledge that clients find incredibly valuable when building solutions for their business. I have worked on several process mapping and reengineering projects, abnd have designed and built 100s of tools in excel / google sheets to solve everything from simple calculations to operational process tools. In addition to spreadsheet specialism, since 2020 I have been working with programming companies to develop SAAS software taking some of the exccel solutions to a whole new level. 

I am passionate about finding good solutions to ever day issues, whilst I believe in the saying “if it aint broke dont fix it”, things can (almost) always be improved and I can support organisations strive for excellence.

Special project manager - SPAR UK. Targeting projects to drive footfall into convenience stores

Marketing Manager - SPAR UK. Development of in store POS materials, sponsorship deals, new store site analysis

Operations Manager - SONY PICTURES. Lead of vendor managed inventory team, working with supermarket and specialist retailers. Sales analysis, stock forecasting and management of field marketing teams.

National Account Manager - MGM. Management of key accounts across Web, Supermarket and specialist outlets. 

Head of Commercial - INFINITE. Management of field marketing teams of around 200-300 employees servicing clients across UK and airport locations.

Consultant - THE GAP PARTNERSHIP. Negotiaiton consulting, development of excel tools to support organisations, developement of Negotiaiton Toolkit software for Unilever procuement. Development of in house Negotiation Software, process mapping and business process reengineering and change management.
