Jack Harvey

I started at McDonald's on May 28th 2021. The first job I did there was cashiering and serving customers. In March 2022 I became a lobby host at the same store where I would keep the dining area clean as well as interact with customers e.g. asking about their day or helping with any issues they may have. In January 2023 I completed by Crew Training and Leadership programme from there I became a Crew Trainer which would including training new starters and introducing new proceedures to other memvers of staff. This role also included the Leadership part where on occasion I would run the kitchen making sure orders were being cooked and prepared correctly
