I worked on the cocktail bar, this job involved being quick on my feet, efficient multitasking and remembering orders. Serving people quickly, efficiently and making a wide range of drinks was essential. I also worked in the restaurant waiting tables at busy times; serving customers to a very high standard.

This job involved driving tractors, teleporters and other vehicles. Paddock maintenance, working with a wide range of different machinery, and any general maintenance repairs that needed to be done on the estate.

• Working efficiently, quickly and thoroughly in a short time period.
• Liaising with different departments on the Stud.
• Working around the horses safely and quietly.

• I also achieved a hygiene rating of 5 for the cleanliness and running of the business.

The job involved visiting sites that we would be working on; measuring up paddocks to know how much material would need to be ordered and then constructing the fences.
