I am confident and hardworking and have an interest to learn more things and I am always keen to progress and learn as much as I can and believe I would thrive in a job where there is the ability for growth within the industry.  I can work very well under pressure and can deal with difficult situations in a calm and effective manner, and I am not afraid to get stuck in and help out with whatever is needed. 

I am very trustworthy and reliable and feel I would be a loyal colleague for any company looking to employ me.

As a Motor Claims Insurance Assessor I deal as the first point of contact for customers when they call in or email us to report an accident.  I will also liaise very closely with other departments who are involved with the claim such as the Engineering Team, Repairers and Brokers. I always ensure I give high levels of customer service when dealing with customers and ensure that service levels and productivity levels are always maintained.  I have helped out with building various training packages and rolling them out to new starters with regards to the knowledge I have had with my previous roles within Davies.  My Manager will also call on me frequently to take on ad hoc tasks for them as they know I will complete to deadlines and to a high standard.
