EMPLOYMENT HISTORY

CIVIL ENGINEER LABOURER - CLAYTONS​​Oct 2018 – Feb 2019

I worked as a labourer for a civil engineering company .My day to day tasks included pipe fitting and plastic welding, ground preparation work and earth works. I assisted in all aspects of work and travelled across the UK on a weekly basis to work on landfill sites.

CAMELL LAIRDS (CONTRACTOR) ​​​Aug 2018 – Oct 2018

I worked as a general labourer for a contractor firm in Camell Lairds. My daily duties included lifting and carrying equipment, cleaning the inside and outside of ships using high pressure cleaning equipment and general support and maintenance labouring.

MILITARY TRAINING ADVISOR – ABU DHABI​​ Mar 2017 – Aug 2018

I was contracted by Saab Technologies Defence to act as a Military Advisor to the United Arab Emirates Armed Forces. I worked in a team of 30 advisors to deliver cutting edge military training and experimentation to UAE Army.

BRITISH ARMY ​​​​​​Mar 2015 – Mar 2016​​    ​

I was previously employed by Her Majesty’s Armed Forces as a soldier within the Royal Engineers. I completed my basic Training at the Army Foundation College in Harrogate, North Yorkshire. During this 6 month period of basic training I learnt the importance of working as a team, Selflessness, Discipline, Loyalty and dedication. I enjoyed the challenge of army life and I quickly adapted to these roles with great dedication and enthusiasm. I learnt the importance of keeping my appearance to the highest of standards and how punctuality is key.

I finished Phase one of basic military training after a duration of six months. After completion of Phase one training I then went on to Phase two, at Gibraltar Barracks, Camberly; Here I learnt a variety of engineering skills and gained qualifications in leadership.
