In addition to being certified as a Master of Science in Criminology, I have over eight years industry experience of managing research projects from concept to delivery of results. I promote confidence by simplifying data and providing actionable insights, both visually and in-person. Projects ranged from understanding the needs of decision makers, specific communities, exploring gaps in various markets (such as technology, travel, financial services), employee satisfaction, and business restructuring.

I have proposed and managed research for independent studies and thoughts pieces. I later present my findings both in writing and verbally (sometimes on S+G podcast) to successfully generate client interest and showcase company versatility and capability.

I trained to be my department’s Qualitative Specialist and introduced gamification which attracted client interest by improving validity and depth in research reports.
