As a Sports Science Specialist, I am driven by an unyielding passion for sports, human performance, and the pursuit of excellence. With a solid foundation in sports science and a deep understanding of the intricate relationship between physical capabilities and athletic achievement, I am dedicated to empowering athletes and teams to reach their full potential. I am competent in and enjoying working as a team and enjoy the differing dynamics and interrelationships this can bring and finding solutions and direction to achieve shared desirable outcomes.

My professional experience began after college back in 2007 when I became a front of house and bar worker staff member at The Swan Hotel in Wells. My role was to engage clients with a sense of welcome and to provide their first impression of the hotel. 

Then from 2009 until 2014 I worked as a nursery assistant at Rockers and Rollers day nursery providing early years learning and care for pre-school children before they made the big milestone transition to school.

From 2014 - 2017 I became a construction design manager for Soldi Ltd. I was responsible to managing the health and safety of large multi-million pound projects and ensuring different trades were keeping to schedules and liasing with the client to ensure their satisfaction with the project. 

From 2017-2022 I became a junior school sports teacher at Wells Cathedral School. I also gained the role of head of senior football and was privileged to also become a houseparent of a boys boarding house where I looked after thirty four boys with the help of another houseparent. 

2022-current I work as a fitness advisor in a gym in Shepton Mallet working closely with individuals to help them achieve their physical goals.
