Jamie Garnett

I am currently studying my Second year of Film and Television Production at the University of Bradford after recently graduating from a three-year Creative Media Production course at Bradford College. I am seeking job opportunities for whilst I study. I am a motivated and responsible person and easily adaptable. I have yet to work in a retail/sales environment, but I am very customer focused and strive to give others an enjoyable experience. I have done short films and videography work for clients and pride myself in listening to their interests/requests and making sure they get exactly what they had hoped for. I have shot, edited, and produced various model portfolio shoots. Done advertisements for workplaces and shot a music video. I also do some part time work at Ali Productions Weddings, where I engage with the clients and shoot wedding footage for them, this includes the days leading up to the wedding day plus the wedding event itself.
 

I have worked as a Videographer and Video editor on several weddings, Work included filming the whole day and ceremony, and a separate couple reel. These were edited into three videos for the client. A Wedding highlight reel, a full overview of their wedding, and a couple shoot which was like a model shoot for the bride and groom.

I occasionally have done paid shoots for a friend who runs a children's clothing store/emporium in Harrogate, the first project being a corporate tour of the shop using actors playing fantasy characters, I have since shot and edited some highlight reels and general overviews of events set up at a nearby lodge in Harrogate in which the children got to watch and engage with a fantasy story performed by actors. These videos were all used to promote her store.

I filmed and edited a promo reel for Age UK - Bradford, including interview footage, shop floor coverage, and multiple time lapses of the surrounding city area, this advert was shown on their websites and Facebook pages.

I have shot and edited 2 documentary style videos for Bradford CND protests which were used to promote their cause.
