As a professional and confident individual having worked within the railway industry for the past 15 years. I pride myself on excellent overall knowledge of the railway. Experience

  • Revenue protection, issuing penalty fares, providing lost property information to passengers.
  • Ensuring the Safety and Security of passengers when travelling on the DLR by applying the HOT Procedure.
  •  Fault finding and pre service checks making sure the trains are ready for mainline.
  • Providing service updates and relevant travel information to passengers by making onboard announcements.
  • Assisting with first aid incidents on the DLR.
  • The ability to operate the Light Rail Vehicle mainline and within the depot.
  • Assisting with crowd control, leasing with the control room, providing updates on passenger loads whilst operating the DLR 
  • Establish a visible presence to combat anti-social behavior on board the DLR.
  • Collaborate with emergency services in case of an emergency on the Docklands Light Railway (DLR).
  • Assisting the programming team to provide a high standard of service.
  • Setting up and maintaining, archiving of relevant project files.
  • Providing relevant reports as requested on an adhoc basis.
  • Supporting the Governance of Project Lifecycle processes and procedures. 
  • Input data onto Document Registry System.
  • Assisting with the control of internally and externally produced confidential documentation.
  •  Providing direct support to my line manager, and taking on new tasks as and when required.
  •  Working as part of a team providing assistance and administrative support where needed to staff, contractors and clients.

Attending meetings, taking minutes and providing support.
