I am a highly motivated individual who always strives for excellence in both myself and my team. I have over 25 years of management experience in various different industries and I am a confident communicator at all levels. In my current role I am the Quality Assurance Manager and HR support. I look after the call quality of over a 100 people and I am looking at efficiencies, implementing changes and ensure core call expectations is adhered to. I am also responsible for the recruitment of all new starter both in our head office as well as our 18 hubs throughout the UK, this includes sending contracts and relevant paperwork, completing right to work checks and on boarding new starters.
