I am a highly professional and motivated employee and student who enjoys both the academic life of university and the tough working environment at Birmingham airport. Throughout all my experience my keys skill sets are delivering at pace with strong attention to detail. I have developed a passion for both business and economics after studying these in the highest detail for the past 7 years.

Warehouse Operative at Carousel Logistics (2021-Present)

• Delivering at pace was a key part of my role at carousel, unloading and loading 2 planes as well as freight sortation in a short time-period, taught me to not only how to perform at a consistent high pace target. Additionally, to prioritise key freight, ensuring that all targets are met on a time critical network without errors and being consistently aligned with all customs operations.
• Furthermore, working within this industry has developed my ability to work independently by taking continued initiative consistently taking on additional responsibilities noticing that often preparation and organisation can help improve overall team performance and help achieve strict targets.

University Of Westminster – (2021-present)

• I am currently studying for my master’s degree in policy economics and analysis.
• During my time at Westminster, I have tackled a wide range of real-world problems particularly regarding economic crises and environmental areas. 
• Continually deploying analytical and research skills but most importantly my ability to think critically to identify problems understand their effects and identify possible solutions while also noting the issues of each solution.
• Overall studying modules such as global financial markets, sustainable energy policy and economic analysis and evaluation I have proved my ability to work individually striving to perform better on each assignment gaining experience particularly when conveying my points equally in written and verbal environments.

University of Worcester – (2018-Present) 

• I received a BA (hons) degree in Business, Economics and Finance.
• Taking up the role as treasurer for the Ultimate Frisbee society combined with my finance modules, I have developed hard skills in the use of balance sheets and cash flow forecasts. Giving me an insight into managing, setting realistic targets and ensuring that we do not overspend and to keep within our tight budget. Furthermore, working as part of a committee has taught me to work as a team ensuring we attempt to meet all targets not just financial ones.
• Additionally, I have developed hard skills in IT as part of the generation digital module ways to complete the Google garage certificate improving both my ability to use technology efficiently and knowledge of marketing. Also taking part in a data analysis module has furthered my competence using spreadsheets.
