• General public facing  customer services
• Directing different customers to the right places and services they wanted. 
• Assisting personal bankers and observing how they give out their services. 
• Completing all tasks delegated to me by superiors. 
• Visiting other banks and asking what services they offer and finding out what makes them versatile (mystery shopping).
