Having effectively navigated professional landscapes in Singapore for over a decade, I am relocating and
pursuing fresh challenges in the United Kingdom. In my previous role as a BIM Coordinator (CIVIL,
STRUCTURE & ARCHITECTURE) at Kajima Overseas Asia Singapore, I played a key role in the successful
completion of diverse projects. I have a comprehensive understanding of construction documentation,
building codes, and sustainable design principles. I contributed to supervising the integration of BIM processes
across the entire project life cycle. I collaborated closely with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to
ensure seamless integration and coordination of BIM models. My responsibilities included conducting clash
detection analyses, model checking as per BEP, producing coordinated shop drawings, and providing
comprehensive documentation for project teams and ensuring project goals are met. I am also assisting our
BIM Manager in weekly BIM & Technical meetings and updating Master Information Delivery Plan (MIDP)
and Task Information Delivery Plan (TIDP).
