Detail-driven Project/Change professional offering 20+ years’ experience of high-quality administrative support, data handling, process improvement and stakeholder communication in complex, regulated organizations. Calm, organised and service‑oriented, I’m confident with Microsoft Office, databases and office systems, with a strong track record for accurate record‑keeping, meeting/room coordination, and producing professional written communications. I work well remotely, manage competing priorities reliably, and bring an empathetic, emotionally intelligent, respectful and non‑judgemental approach.  Also with long experience in process improvement, I love to solve problems, blending knowledge of proven best practice with value-adding pragmatism. I am now available for part time opportunities to either mentor out my change management expertise as a freelance coach; or add value through my more general business skills.
